John did an outstanding Job! We were primarily out of town during this process and John was always available to any issues that arose and rectified them promptly. He communicated with us regularly with updated showing, his multiple open house sessions, and current market trends. Overall we were very satisfied with his performance both his professional with the listing of our home and his personal interactions with throughout this process. We highly recommend John and would readily use his services again!

John Lee is the best realtor we have ever dealt with from the very beginning, He was understanding and attentive to our requirements, we sent a spread sheet of properties to view. John added to the list and then prioritized the properties with an efficient route for viewing. We selected a property on the second day and the real work started. He was extremely efficient in working the offers, we actually did it on the ride back to Moncks Corner SC. To say our closing was difficult would be an understatement. First the seller had heath issues and was admitted to the hospital in Tampa during hurricane Milton, then the probate was not completed properly requiring an LLC to be reopened, quick deed from one of the members of the LLC, this took over 4 months. Mr. Lee was there with updates and information to keep us informed, this service was above and beyond. Once we closed he went and installed new locks and drained the hot water heater on the building for us, this was admirable, and as we are 5.5 hours away we really appreciated this effort. We were so impressed with John, we recommended him to my wife's sister in procuring a house in Greenville. We intend to use John when we get closer to moving and procuring a temporary residence as we our build dream home as we are in the process of selling some property in SC. We are extremely impressed with John Lee's and Sandy Carty's attention to detail and their follow thru to acquire 180 Union rd. Greenville Tn. property. This guy gets 10 stars out of 5. I've worked with a few realtors before, and had good experiences each time, but John is head and shoulders above the rest. We have already recommended him to others and we will always recommend him to others in the future. You certainly feel like your getting your money's worth with him. He works so hard and even worked for us while he was on a beach vacation with his family. As he told us at our closing, "this is just the beginning of our relationship".
